THE Lesbian Meditation!

Do you want to try meditation but are not sure where to start? Maybe you already meditate and would like to join in a group experience. Katherine Schneider and Heather Richileau have teamed up to bring the Lesbian Community a chance to come together in a positive way with THE LESBIAN MEDITATION! We will be taking over the L Group at the Community Center for a group Meditation followed by a quick discussion on Meditation and other Spiritual practices. LOCATION: Gay & Lesbian Community Center TIME: 7pm - 8pm (Meditation begins at 7:15) Our sole intention in creating this event is to uplift the community in a positive way, so we have made it FREE FOR ALL. This will be a great way for us all to connect out of the bar scene, hope you can join us! PLEASE NOTE: This event will involve music frequencies that will assist your mind into a deeper state of meditation. These sounds are not recommended for the following: People with epilepsy, pregnant women or anyone under the age of 16.
