The Flamingo is at a great location. The pools and tropical landscapes are better than most new resorts. The rooms are newly renovated and clean.We especially loved that Margaritaville was attached to the resort. We have stayed at this property many times over years and last time was in June of this year. I have to say they do need to upgrade the rooms, especially the bathrooms. The fixtures and tubs were showing the age. The beds however were divine to sleep in. One last tidbit, if you have a hard time walking like I do lately you may want to stress a room near the elevator.
