Good food but poor service.

Beautiful room, including the restrooms, in the new Aria Casino. Very busy and noisy the two times I have been there. The food is good but the service is poor. It seems too many people for so few waiters or poor training and supervision. Because the menu is mostly small tapas, the bill can rise very quickly if you want to eat a lot. Tapas are tasteful as are the desserts. Paella has been recommended to me but it takes 35 minutes to prepare and did not try. Nice experience but for the service.
