The decor was gorgeous and very different from one would expect in a Mexican restaurant Even the restrooms were different and beautiful. But the service was the knockout-excellent. One of the best restaurant of any kind in the city. Prices are moderate to expensive but worth the experience. Much better than Border Grill restaurant in the Mandalay.

Read more reviews at GayCities Las Vegas and see photos, maps and reviews of Dos Caminos and other bars, hotels, events and restaurants

Not your typical Mexican

One drink each, no appetizer and just main course set us back $162.00 with tip. Not outrageous, but hey it was Mexican food. Atmosphere was nice but for a Saturday night prime time, we were able to make reservation at last minute, place never filled up. The music which was more like house music was good, but nothing about decorations, food or staff made me feel like it was even an upscale Mexican establishment. One strange effect was all the skulls lining wall behind us where we dined, reminded me of a documentary I saw once about the festival of the dead.

Read more reviews at GayCities Las Vegas and see photos, maps and reviews of Dos Caminos and other bars, hotels, events and restaurants
