Wynn and Encore...bigger is better.
Wynn and Encore is more like a small city than a hotel. Enjoy the upscale dining options at more than twenty restaurants or shop at the dozens of designer shops (Manolo Blahnik, anyone?). The resort also features a golf course, spa, three wedding chapels, and four pools. The rooms are stylish with top-notch amenities. All in all, a modern and sophisticated luxury resort that will wow you, if you can afford it.

    • Wynn is the place to stay in Las Vegas!
What a classy hotel! My husband and I attended a Jeunesse LEAD Conference in March 2016. The accomodations were pristine, restaurants varied and superb. It felt like a city within itself. One could almost forget there is a great big city out there to also see and enjoy. Very gay friendly with no exceptions.

      Sad to leave
Husband and I stayed at Encore just as a get away. This was our fifth trip to Vegas, and usually stays at Four Seasons, which is at other end. Man have we been missing out! Encore was a fantastic hotel, with gorgeous rooms. We never really had to leave to hotel for anything. We did find ourselves spending more time in Wynn than Encore though for some reason. Used the spa, saloon, and fitness centers, all of which were very nice and comfortable. Every employee knew answers to questions, which I threw out there just as a test sometimes, and they greeted you throughout the hotel. There were lots of other gay couples/individuals around as well, which was nice to see opposed to the clientele at Four Seasons. We cannot wait to stay here again!

      Encore, Encore
The Encore and its sister property Wynn Las Vegas set the standard for Sin City's resorts from accommodations to dining to entertainment. My room in the Encore Tower Suites provided approximately 700 sq. ft of luxury space with a ton of amenities; every meal I had was outstanding, from my dinner at Botero to lunch at Wazuzu; and, of course, I absolutely loved watching Le Reve (I'm just not sure what I found more amazing - the performance or the performers abs). As others have mentioned, Wynn Resorts has a strong commitment to its LGBT guests (and employees) with a dedicated concierge and website: www.wynnpride.com.

A Haven From the Crowds, Super Luxury
Now I'm spoiled. Can I ever go back to staying at the Flamingo after experiencing the Encore's decked-out suites (gotta love motorized drapes, bathroom TVs, a bedside privacy button, the black couch, and luxurious bedding), spectacular pools (drinks and lunch served poolside, yes!), opulent casino decor, the best show I've ever seen in Vegas ("Le Reve"), great shopping, five hopping nightclubs, and a score of award winning restaurants. What else could you want? How about a true commitment to the GLBT traveler? The Wynn/Encore continually wins equality awards, offers their employees domestic partnership benefits (the first casino property to do so), and even has a Pride Concierge on duty to serve the gay guests. My new fav in Sin City, hands down.

      Very chic
I believe its the most expensive hotel in Vegas. Stayed there a full week. The casino doesn't pay much and the slots and black jack tables are expensive. The boutiques in the lobby are super nice. Make sure you check out the two masterpieces in the behind each of the check in counters, they are priceless!

The encore is stunning inside, the feeling was very Asian, Red everywhere, stunning light fixtures on the walls on the ceilings. Great glass sculptures like the dragon and the peacock. Really beautiful.

      Only casino fun for me!
Fun casino, nice and helpful employees. While gambling it took forever to get a drink. I understand that's how it works but it would have made our time more enjoyable if we didn't have to keep looking around for the waitress. Don't get me wrong, it was still a great time & a beautiful casino!
