Piranha is a multi-room dance club in the "Fruit Loop" area near the Strip. Usually crowded, you can watch the dance area from the 2nd floor balconies. Be warned, there are always lines on the weekends of people looking for some go-go boy action.

Great weekend
Visiting from LA and went to Piranha on Friday and Saturday. Great music and hot guys - would recomend!
Nice place
Nice place with an outdoor patio for the more local flavor, two dance floors but drinks are pricey...
Highly Recommended
This was the only gay club we found in town that really made for a great night. Hot bartenders, two rooms with separate music and a nice area outside. If you're looking for gay clubs in Vegas, this is the only way to go.

If I want to go out during the week or the weekend, I go to Piranha and 8 1/2. I love the music, atmosphere and the vibe!
