Not what it used to be
It used to be that I could hardly wait to get to Gipsy when I went to Vegas. This time, as always, I wanted to head right over there upon arriving into town. It was my boyfriend's first time in Vegas and he was excited to see this place that I had talked so much about. We first visited on Saturday and there were just a few people in the whole bar, and it smelled terrible! We came back on Sunday to catch the drag show. Unfortunately, we had another show and were late so we only saw a few performances. What we saw of the show was good. The bar, however, was not enjoyable. It seemed dirty, was realy full of smoke, and the people were not friendly at all. Nothing like it used to be. It was mostly kids, and no one was welcoming or friendly to us at all. Sad to see that what was such a great place has changed so much!
The Must Visit
Every out of towner will find every other out of towner and some locals at Gipsy's on any given night...the parties start late and there is often a beer bust starting at 1am...true to Vegas style..the party goes all night long!!!! What happens in Gipsy's stays in Gipsy's!!!
LOVE THE SHOW
LOVE the show, I went this past sunday and omg I love it, plus they had this Miguel guy over at Piranha and the place was full of HOT!!! VAQUERO latino guys, It was HOOOOTTT!!!
Best ppace I found while in town
Not bad. Crowd was friendly, drinks ok. Went on Sunday and there were the same hot bartenders as at Piranha on Saturday night, and it was pretty busy. Probably the best of the 4 places I went that weekend.
